Industry Canada Representation
Celltech Labs provides Industry Canada Representation Services for manufacturers outside of Canada in accordance with RSP-100, Section 3.4, and DC-01, Section 7.2.
RSP-100, Section 3.4
"The applicant must provide, in writing,
the identity of a representative in Canada who is capable of responding
to enquiries and who can provide post-certification audit samples at no
charge to Industry Canada."
DC-01, Section 7.2
"The Declaring Party shall provide, in the
Registration Request, the identity of a representative in Canada who is
capable of responding to enquiries and who can provide audit samples at
no charge to the Department."
Celltech ensures that enquiries and/or audit sample requests made by
Industry Canada are responded to in accordance with the Industry Canada
requirements in a timely and professional manner.
